About me
My personal health journey
After fifteen intense years in global finance, I reached a point where my body and mind simply said “enough.” I was exhausted, anxious, and dealing with health issues that conventional medicine couldn’t explain, let alone solve. That moment forced me to pause and take a hard look at how I was living.
I’d always believed in the power of natural health and good nutrition, but it wasn’t until I began my own healing journey and supported loved ones through chronic and neurodivergent health challenges that I truly understood how much the right nourishment can change everything. Bit by bit, balancing my body from the inside out helped me regain my energy, clarity, and sense of well-being.
That experience didn’t just transform my health; it completely shifted my path. It led me to become a naturopathic nutritionist so I can help others do the same: find their balance, feel truly well, and live with more vitality every single day.

My approach
I am a registered Naturopathic Nutritional Therapist with a Diploma (Distinction) from the College of Naturopathic Medicine in London, and currently completing advanced training in Microbiome Clinical Science.
My work is grounded in evidence-based nutrition, modern microbiome science, and a whole-systems view of health. Rather than focusing on symptoms in isolation, I look at how the gut microbiome, gut barrier, immune system, nervous system, and lifestyle factors interact to influence overall wellbeing.
I combine naturopathic assessment with functional insights to understand patterns of imbalance and loss of regulation, rather than relying on a one-size-fits-all diagnosis. My aim is not to label the body as broken, but to understand why symptoms are occurring and what the system needs to restore balance and resilience.
I support clients experiencing ongoing or complex health concerns such as digestive issues, fatigue, hormone imbalances, mood challenges, metabolic conditions, and immune-related symptoms. These concerns are often linked to factors such as reduced microbial diversity, impaired gut barrier function, inflammation, stress, nutrient insufficiencies, and environmental influences.
My personalised nutrition and lifestyle recommendations are designed to support the body’s innate capacity to regulate and balance, using practical, non-invasive strategies that fit real life. I take a phased, individualised approach, recognising that lasting change happens when the system feels supported, not overwhelmed.
I believe that each person is biochemically and physiologically unique, and that sustainable wellbeing depends on understanding the full picture, including nutrition, lifestyle, stress, environment, and personal history.
I work closely with individuals who are ready to take an active, collaborative role in their health journey. If you’re looking for a calm, science-led, root-cause approach that goes deeper than quick fixes, I’d be happy to support you.
